Front of House Receptionist
As a front of house receptionist my role is to provide 5* service to corporate clients. I am the first point of contact for enquires, logging faults within the building and booking in meetings. Currently undertaking some administrative work and take on more responsibility.

Recruitment Consultant
I specialised in Soft Services within the Construction sector. The jobs I filled were on a fixed contract and worked closely with the clients arranging meetings and finding their requirements to find them the best possible candidate. I would post jobs adverts online and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with the candidates and ensure all compliance is done.
Bannatyne Health Club & Spa (August 2017 to June 2019)
Front of House Assistant
This required me to work with multiple departments, I would greet customers, answer phone calls, book appointments whilst managing a busy front desk. Upon other departments being short staffed I would undertake roles such as membership sales, simultaneously performing my own duties. At the end of the night a cash reconciliation would be done thoroughly.
Sylvestrian Leisure Centre (June 2016 to August 2017)
Front of House Assistant
The role would consist of a cash and card reconciliation to ensure all the receipts from card payments were collected. Being first point of contact for booking tours, holiday camp, swimming classes and parties and ensuring that everything was on the system. Dealing with telephone enquiries and walk-in as well for different departments.
