Position held: Session co-ordinator and leader January - April 2018
Responsible for assisting old and new clients with First Base’s computer services which involved building C.V’s and portfolios, helping clients to pursue employment.
Working within the practice of applied theatre, I delivered morning and afternoon workshops, formulating sessions with an aim to boost client interaction and develop confidence.
Exchanged sensitive information and handled general enquires with clients. Accordingly, it was fundamental that I progressively developed rapport with clients, helping them to feel safe whilst exchanging personal queries with me.
This experience has enhanced my ability to work with a diversity of clients, and cope under pressure whilst leading sessions to groups of up to 20 clients, all the while providing excellent service whilst representing First Base.
Sherwood Forest Camp - St. Louis, MO, USA
Position held: Aquatics Director and instructor

Responsible for managing all aquatic employee’s working schedule and the safety of thirty children attending the aquatics department; making sure health and safety checks were in place in order to prevent injuries.
Organisation of three day canoeing and hiking trips, accessing the financial outgoings for trips.
Writing weekly reports, analysing each child’s strengths, whilst also highlighting and resolving any conflicts and issues within the department.
Working two five-month contracts allowed me to develop my skill set and gave me the opportunity to become wholly self sufficient, independent and able to succeed at a high level.
